The protocol’s roadmap describes intentions, not commitments. Features described as forthcoming may be delayed, materially changed, or never released.

ELD is a governance participation token and the sole native token of Eagle Liberty DAO. ELD is not a share, equity interest, security, deposit, bond, or ownership stake in any company, or in any government. Holding or staking ELD confers governance participation rights only. It does not entitle holders to profits, dividends, distributions, interest, revenue share, or any return of or on capital.

Eagle Liberty DAO issues one token: ELD. The protocol does not issue a stablecoin, a second native token, a wrapped derivative marketed as native, or any other proprietary asset. Any token claiming affiliation with Eagle Liberty DAO other than ELD is not associated with the protocol.

ELD has not been registered under the securities laws of any jurisdiction. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or solicitation where such an offer would be unlawful.

Eagle Liberty DAO is designed to support approved external assets and protocols. Any reference to a third-party asset, network or protocol — including WLFI — describes a possible integration subject to governance approval. It does not indicate an existing relationship, endorsement, sponsorship or partnership, and no such partnership should be inferred. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Support for an external asset, where it exists, means the protocol’s contracts or interfaces may interact with that asset following a successful governance vote. It does not mean the external project has reviewed, approved, sponsored or partnered with Eagle Liberty DAO, and it does not mean Eagle Liberty DAO has reviewed or endorses that project.

Eagle Liberty DAO is an independent private initiative. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any government, agency or elected official. References to industry sectors, long-horizon priorities or public-private capital are descriptions of the protocol’s investment focus, not claims of government status, authority or approval.

Eagle Liberty DAO does not display official seals, insignia, or emblems of any government or its agencies. The ELD emblem is original geometry created for this project.

The phrase “national vaults” describes thematic capital pools chosen by token holders. It does not indicate a sovereign fund, a government mandate, or any public authority.
