Energy mandate
Fund generation, transmission, storage and grid resilience that reduces dependence on external supply.
Vault allocations, capacities and statuses are placeholders shown to illustrate the interface. Vault funding requires an approved governance proposal.
Mandate thesis
Energy is the input cost underneath every other sector in this programme. The mandate is deliberately technology-neutral: it evaluates projects on delivered capacity, grid contribution and resilience rather than on category, and it favours assets with long operating lives.

Other mandates
Support domestic research, semiconductors, advanced computing and the software layer that sits on top of them.
Rebuild production capacity in precision manufacturing, materials, robotics and supply-chain infrastructure.
Support attainable housing supply, civic infrastructure and the construction capacity that delivers both.
Governance is open by design. Read the litepaper, review the proposal process, and decide how you want to take part.
Governance participation is not an investment activity. Staking ELD activates voting rights; it does not generate yield, interest or any promised return, and it is not a claim on treasury assets. Digital assets carry substantial risk, including total loss. Nothing here is investment advice or an offer to sell.
