Enterprise mandate
Extend working capital and growth funding to small businesses through vetted lending partners.
Vault allocations, capacities and statuses are placeholders shown to illustrate the interface. Vault funding requires an approved governance proposal.
Mandate thesis
The smallest allocations often produce the most direct local effect, but they are the hardest to underwrite at scale. This mandate would work through regulated lending partners with published underwriting standards, starting from a deliberately small pilot.

Other mandates
Support domestic research, semiconductors, advanced computing and the software layer that sits on top of them.
Fund generation, transmission, storage and grid resilience that reduces dependence on external supply.
Rebuild production capacity in precision manufacturing, materials, robotics and supply-chain infrastructure.
Governance is open by design. Read the litepaper, review the proposal process, and decide how you want to take part.
Governance participation is not an investment activity. Staking ELD activates voting rights; it does not generate yield, interest or any promised return, and it is not a claim on treasury assets. Digital assets carry substantial risk, including total loss. Nothing here is investment advice or an offer to sell.
